Sasha Breus (born in 1994 in Yekaterinburg) is Moscow based photographer.

Started her education in 2008 at photo-school “Magnum” in Yekaterinburg. Participated in photo-fairs. Also participated in the workshops of the summer school of the Russian Reporter.

Sasha works with film, because for her practice, the visuals and materiality of the image obtained in an analog way is very important. The main focus of Sasha’s artistic practice is the themes of the memory, the archive, work with the found photography, as well as the relationship and influence of the natural landscape on a person.
